Welcome to Albuquerque Soccer League - September 20, 2021

Albuquerque Soccer League is the men’s, women’s, and coed soccer league for the Albuquerque metropolitan area and have teams registered from as far north as Las Vegas and as far south as Socorro.

We’re affiliated with the New Mexico State Soccer Association, United States Adult Soccer Association and United States Soccer Federation.

When we closed in March 2020, we play a fall and spring competition with 3 men’s divisions, 3 coed divisions, and 3 women’s division. All of our fall and spring games are on Sundays because our youth counterparts play on Saturdays. Our fall season runs 9 games and starts the Sunday after Labor Day. We participate in the NMSSA Fall Classic Soccer tournament in November. Our spring season starts the first Sunday of March and we play 8 games. We don’t play on Easter Sunday.

In the fall and spring, we play at the New Mexico Soccer Tournament Complex in Santa Ana, northwest of Bernalillo. Yes, it’s a long drive unless you live in Rio Rancho.  The city of Albuquerque continues a program of removing soccer goals from all parks, so owning our own complex at least gives us a place we know we can play in Bernalillo.

In the fall and spring we also offer a Wednesday night coed league on the lighted fields at the NM Soccer Tournament Complex.

For summer play, we offer a weeknight coed league Sunday through Wednesday and on Thursday Over 35 mens and womens soccer at Balloon Fiesta park. On Sundays we also offer a womens Over 40 division with very creative rules put in place by some of the greatest minds in futbol.

We also offer a men’s competitive division during the summer at the NM Soccer Tournament complex in Bernalillo and a womens competitive division at a city field.  Both open competitions are on Sundays.

We started our first winter 7 v 7 league in 2020 playing at Balloon Fiesta park and will start up again this winter, hopefully in December.
